Items are shipping via Canada post and should arrive in 3-5 business days. Prices are based on weight. If you have shipping related questions, please contact [email protected]  

Return & Exchange

The Box Lacrosse Store abides by the various Manufacturer warranties.

Contact us at [email protected]   if you have any concerns regarding any of the products sold by The Box Lacrosse Store.

The Box Lacrosse Store will gladly refund any unused/ unworn items purchased on our Web site.
Items you wish to return should arrive to our company within 30 days of purchase along with your original invoice, a $10 cheque or money order for return shipment and the Return Section (below) filled out completely.

We strongly recommend using insured Canada Post or UPS to send your returns to us.
All items* purchased from our company must be returned to the address on the front of the invoice.
Please retain your shipping receipts and tracking numbers when shipping items to us so that you may contact the shipper in the event of damage or loss en route.
We cannot be responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit to our company.

*If you are returning a goal or other large field equipment products, please contact us in order to receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipment of oversized product.
